Andrey Shcherbakov – Founder of the International Center for Consciousness Research

Andrey Shcherbakov was born in 1975 and, from early childhood, was drawn to questions about the meaning of life and the structure of the Universe.
In search of answers, he chose a spiritual path at the age of sixteen, and by eighteen he had already become a church pastor.
He devoted seven years to studying at a theological seminary, deepening his knowledge of religion, philosophy, and the human soul.

Over time, however, religious frameworks no longer satisfied his thirst for understanding.
At twenty-seven, he began his own independent exploration of consciousness, free from dogma and restrictions.
Practices of out-of-body experience, regression, and the study of altered states of consciousness opened up a new world for him, where personal experience became the primary source of research and evidence.

These years of searching resulted in the book “The Phenomenon of Consciousness Beyond the Body”, hundreds of video lectures and articles, as well as author-led courses in which Andrey shares methods for expanding perception and working with deep memory.
His style is lively, honest, and grounded in personal experience, turning each class into not just a lecture but a true journey.

Today, Andrey lives in the United States, in Washington State, and is developing the International Center for Consciousness Research.
The Center’s mission is to unite science, personal practice, and open knowledge sharing in order to get closer to understanding the nature of consciousness, to study such phenomena as out-of-body experience and regressionology, and to seek answers to the ultimate question: What is the meaning of human existence?
