Regressionology: Exploring the Depths of Consciousness

What Is Regressionology

Regressionology is a field of practical psychology and consciousness research that explores the possibility of guiding a person into memories of earlier periods of life. Through special relaxation techniques and light trance states, individuals can consciously experience episodes from childhood, early infancy, and even symbolic scenes that feel like memories from other incarnations. The central idea is that consciousness stores more information than we normally access, and reaching these deep layers can provide valuable insights about the self and the nature of reality.

Opportunities of Regressions

Regression practice opens several directions of work:
• Psychological support – revisiting early events allows safe re‑evaluation of past traumas, reducing stress and anxiety.
• Discovery of inner resources – experiences of past lives or archetypal images help a person find new meaning, creative ideas, and a sense of personal strength.
• Expansion of worldview – regression experiences often lead to a new understanding of time, memory, and the very structure of consciousness, encouraging philosophical and scientific inquiry.

Development Prospects

Regressionology is only beginning its journey as a scientifically studied discipline. Modern methods of neuroimaging, psychology, and cognitive science create unique opportunities to examine what happens in the brain and psyche during regressions. In the coming years we can expect the emergence of more precise working protocols comparable to clinical research, allowing subjective experiences to be correlated with objective data.

Our Center’s Mission

The International Center for Consciousness Research sees regressionology as an important tool for understanding human nature. We plan to conduct practical sessions and training programs, collect and analyze participant testimonies, and collaborate with psychologists, neuroscientists, and philosophers to develop scientifically grounded methods.

Our goal is to explore the deep memory of the human being and its connection to the phenomena of consciousness, moving closer to answers to key questions: Who are we, where do we come from, and what possibilities lie hidden within the human mind?
